Gregory W. Brooksby
Prior to joining Arizona Isotope Science Research Mr. Greg Brooksby established SBC Inc, acquiring small wholesale, retail, property management and development businesses for the purpose of restructure, optimization and ongoing operation.
Previously as Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development for Oracle Corporation, Mr. Brooksby developed operational, tactical, value chain integration and internal interoperability solutions for PepsiCo, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, General Motors, Cargo Lux and Canadian Pacific Shipping. Lead development efforts to create industry offerings focused on enterprise visibility, agility, and operational efficiency.
Preceding Oracle, Mr. Brooksby developed and founded Global Transportation Exchange (iGTX) for the purpose of interconnecting airfreight, rail truck and ocean transportation and logistics. IGTX was acquired in 1999 and has since become uShip.com. Mr. Brooksby, with Bungee International Mfg. as Chief Operations Officer, was key in growing industry footprint and revenues from 2.8 million to 32 million in four years
Mr. Brooksby received his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University with additional studies in business strategy, statistics and Deming quality controls from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA.

Clyde Jupiter, M.S.
Mr. Jupiter has over 30 years of professional experience in applications of nuclear technology, including applications of nuclear power, instrumentation development, as well as nuclear regulatory and safety analysis.
As Chairman and Principal Technical and Management Consultant of JUPITER Corporation (1986-present), Mr. Jupiter directs technical services in nuclear science and engineering that has included assessment of nuclear power systems, development of nuclear measurement techniques, and instrumentation management of independent review of Department of Energy (DOE) programmatic and construction projects; oversight of a safety assessment of the Russian Topaz space reactor, and design of a high-intensity californium-252 radioactive source irradiator for use in neutron activation analysis of food and drug samples.
Previously as a senior analyst at SRA Technologies Inc., Mr. Jupiter served as program director to support DOE programming. Mr. Jupiter also served in various senior staff capacities for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). Mr. Jupiter has published over 30 technical papers.
He served as an adjunct professor at Howard University, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in nuclear physics, nuclear power plant engineering, and energy engineering. He received his B.S. in Physics from Xavier University and his M.S. from the University of Notre Dame.

Mark LaBar
Mr. LaBar prior to joining Arizona Isotopes Corp had developed extensive experience in strategic business development, sales and marketing, operational efficiency's driving both process and profit for such companies as Apple, Fujitsu, Nike and Precision Cast Parts Corp.
Previously as Operations Manager for AGC Engineering, Mr. LaBar developed programs and processes strengthening, compliance, improving and elevating output, quality, customer satisfaction and employee morale. Mr. LaBar has been certified in ISO 9000 systems for quality management and standards to ensure that they met the needs of customers and stakeholders while meeting the statutory and regulatory requirements related to product service.
Mr. LaBar has a proven track record of increasing market share, forging partnerships, and identifying new markets. While serving as Strategic Manager for Staples Business Advantage Mr. LaBar was able to implement kitting processes used for the shipping and distribution of items to new stores for Apple and Nike worldwide. Mr. LaBar received his B.S. from Utah State University, with marketing, communications, and economics studies.

Wesley Brandt Brooksby
Mr. Brooksby currently serves as a board member for Jupiter Corp., a contractor to both the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the Department of Energy (DOE). Previously he was a Senior Vice President, CFO and Director of American President Companies, where he directed several programs, including the design and implementation of a state-of-the-art data processing system, which is recognized as the industry leader throughout the company's international operations.
Before that, he served as Vice President and Controller of Natomas Company. Participating in the company's aggressive acquisition program, revenues rose from $50 million to over $200 billion, earnings increased from $1 million to over $100 million, and assets grew from $200 million to over $2 billion. Earlier, as Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse & Co., he managed the Chevron account worldwide. Two of his programs were used as case studies at Harvard Business School.
He also served as a member of the task force for the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Accounting Standards Board and as a director of the Oakland Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Brooksby received his B.A. from Brigham Young University.

Ani Aprahamian, Ph.D.
Ani Aprahamian is the Freimann Professor of Experimental Nuclear Physics at the University of Notre Dame, and serves as co-chair of a standing committee of the Nuclear Science Advisory Committee to study the present and potential research use of radioisotopes and to develop a strategy for production of the isotopes. The committee's recommendation will coordinate the National Isotope Production and Applications Program implementation over the next decade.
Ani is a Fellow of the American Physical Society. She is chair of the scientific council of GANIL, a prominent nuclear physics laboratory in France. She has served as program director for nuclear physics and nuclear astrophysics at the National Science Foundation for the past two years and is currently co-chairing a study for the use of isotopes in the U.S. in applications as broad as medicine, the environment and homeland security.
A member of the Notre Dame Faculty since 1989, Dr. Aprahamian served as Physics Department chair from 2003-2005. Ani received her B.A. and Ph.D. degrees from Clark University.

Mr. Trubatch has practiced law for over thirty years since graduating from the Columbia University School of Law. He has had a broad range of practice experience including government (Acting Solicitor; Acting Assistant General Counsel for Adjudications; Special Assistant to General Counsel for Technical Affairs, Office of the General Counsel, United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission), large law firms (partner Winston & Strawn, of counsel Sidley & Austin), corporate (First Nuclear In-House Counsel for Commonwealth Edison, Regulatory Counsel for Bechtel SAIC), and dotcom start-ups (general Counsel Answer Chase).
He has successfully argued several cases in the U.S. Courts of Appeals and negotiated complex federal organizational conflict of interest matters. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he obtained a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from Brandeis University and was physics professor at the California State University, Long Beach. Currently, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona School of Law and is also the managing member for the Regulatory Strategy Group, LLC. Professor Trubatch has bar memberships in New York and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 6th, 9th, 10th and D.C. Circuits.
